Nice to meet you, my name is Daniel Villarreal. Welcome to ESTUDIO D.

A globally accomplished and hands on creative design lead, driving the creative direction in event experience design. ESTUDIO D is a glance of the activations worked on over the last ten years. The sole design focus has been set on amplifying design distortion in product-centric pop-ups within a luxury market for product storytelling. In that time, I have been working as a creative lead in the fragrance and beauty industry in New York City, with a hands on approach to cross collaborations with global teams and partnering agencies worlwide.

I hold a B.S. Architecture from the School of Architecture at UIC, have studied in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Continuously applying architecturally inspired and conceptual set design towards the development of retail activations for varying client needs. Continuously seeking the chance to shift the expectations and perceptions of what an experience can be shaped to be with a multidisciplinary, innovative mindset.

Whatever your project entails, my multi-faceted experience working in design studios, behind the scenes, or on site, as both an independent thinker and collaborative team player have shaped me into an agile, collaborative team design lead.

Prior to my experience in design, I hold five years of retail experience in sales and window set design. My background is a balanced combination of experiences in retail, vendor, and creative client based work.
